Décor Fusion Technology introduces a whole new level of décor design solution to the fabrication industry. The process developed by EGR incorporates a unique multi-layer printed foil which is fused to the rear surface using a continuous thermal pressing process.
The stocked Décor foil collection has been developed across a wide range of styles to suit many applications including Metallic, Burnished, Woodgrains and, Stone.
These 21 unique décors can be fused to a wide variety of clear sheet materials including ABS, acrylic (PMMA), Polycarbonate (PC) and PETG.
EGR maintains gloss finished 1, 2 and 4 mm thick clear acrylic sheet material in stock that can be fused to order with short lead times and low minimum order quantities.
The Décor Fusion technology process can be further customised to achieve unique vertical surface solutions for specific corporate or project applications.

Available Sheet Size
- Sheet thickness capability ranges from 1 to 8 mm
- Sheet width is limited to 1220 mm wide and can be up to 3050 mm long
Sheet Appearance
The foil can be applied to the rear surface of gloss, matte or textured faced sheet material further increasing the design options available The unique properties of Décor Fusion provides an endless range of substrate options.

Colour Range
We hold floor stock of 21 standard colours/décors across a broad range, including Solid Gloss, Solid Matt, Metallics, Woodgrains, Burnished,Stone.
Custom colours are readily available, including corporate colour matching and digitally printed options subject to negotiated minimum order quantities.
