The perfect combination of impact strength, optical clarity, ease of fabrication, and cost effectiveness, Zenoplex GP is the solution to even the most demanding of requirements.
With Extruded Acrylic offering some many benefits over Cast Acrylic including greater thickness control, less contamination in the sheet, shorter thermoforming and adhesion times as well as total flexibility in sheet sizes, Zenoplex GP is rapidly gaining recognition worldwide as a cutting edge product. Applications may include:
Zenoplex GP Acrylic can be thermoformed and cut using standard fabrication processing equipment. Vacuum forming, free blown forming, and line bending are the most extensively used moulding processes, whilst saw cutting, Laser cutting, and routing are the most common cutting techniques. Acrylic sheet is easily drilled using ordinary high-speed steel drill bits, air or water can be introduced as a coolant if required (the use of cutting oils may cause crazing).
Be extremely careful if using taps or self-tapping screws as Acrylic is a notch sensitive material. Rinse sheet with lukewarm water only, do not add detergents or soap to the water. Using a soft, gentle cloth or sponge, lightly wash to loosen any dirt and residue but do not scrub aggressively or use brushes or harsh instruments. Dry with a soft clean cloth to prevent water spotting. Do not clean in direct sunlight if possible.
Zenoplex GP Acrylic sheets are provided in smooth and textured finishes with clear and coloured options. Sheets are available in both gloss and matt finishes.
Zenoplex GP Acrylic sheets are provided in different colours and tints including:
Colour matched sheets are available subject to minimum order quantities.
